Work is done as an independent contractor for real estate lenders, and title or escrow firms that are acting as a closing agents, or and other signing services. Loan documents are delivered to and signed by a borrower, then properly notarized and returned for processing as instructed by your company.   Laser Printers are used for E-mail Documents.
